During the Pandemic, BUNN’s online Technician Training Classes have had record breaking number of new students. Learn the modern approach to technician training in the digital world from BUNN's very own Ken Haycraft and Karalynn McDermott.
Did you know more than 70% of training is lost within 24 hours of a program? This train-the-trainer session will show you how to effectively onboard new technicians so information on products can be retained. This will be demonstrated with BUNN's service training on its Sure Immersion Bean to Cup machine (always accessible via BUNN's self-directed Digital Learning Site). The instructor will highlight training elements that ensure knowledge sticks and show attendees where to find additional training resources for new technicians. Digital Training is the path to improving retention, first time fix rates, and faster restoration. Please note a recording of this session will not be available in its entirety.
