Upon completion of this training, attendees will be able to strongly leverage their data in strategic planning and communicate findings effectively. Specifically, this workshop addresses:

- Category management – Balancing category representation and market placement to maximize sales.
- Waste management – Refining prekitting to meet par levels.
This online workshop will be conducted by Dr. Ed Cook of The Change Decision, a consulting firm specializing in change management, decision analytics, and team effectiveness. This workshop is for professionals with intermediate-level experience in Excel. If you are new to managing data in Excel, then completing the upcoming prerecorded course, Data Management Essentials for Micro Market Professionals, is strongly encouraged prior to attending this workshop.
