2020 Industry Census
The 2020 Census marks the fourth in a series of industry census reports conducted by the NAMA Foundation and the research firm Technomic.
This important research tracks definitive metrics on the convenience services industry for businesses and stakeholders. Includes important data on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the size, sales and trends of convenience services industry, and projections for future business development.
This research was funded by the NAMA Foundation and conducted by Technomic, with data gathered from April through June 2021 and published August 2021.
